• It is important for both women and men to pay attention to the anatomicity of the pair chosen for the office. The feet in office shoes should maintain a physiological position both when walking and in static, so a small rise or heel (from 1.5 to 5 cm) is recommended for long-term wear shoes, as well as a soft, well-bending sole. It is better to give up high heels and shoes with a narrow toe.
• Special attention is paid to the material. Genuine leather for office shoes is out of competition, because in the conditions of central heating it can be safely considered as a prevention of foot health.
